Officers performed a motor vehicle stop and came into contact with Carissa N. Viera. Carissa N. Viera was found to be in possession of Marijuana and another controlled substance. She was asked to perform Standardized Sobriety Field Tests. Subsequently, she was taken into custody and charged.
