On 01/02/21, Officers responded to Ridge Road regarding a disturbance at the residence with an individual breaking into the residence’s side window. Officers’ investigation revealed that Jesse L. Layne had broken into a residence and caused damage to the residence as well as nuisance to the family. He was refusing to leave and trying to take things from the residence. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged.
