On December 21, 2021, the Orange Police Department served an arrest warrant on Terrance Allen (dob 4/25/96), formerly of New Haven, CT, at Derby Superior Court. Allen was charged with the following:
C.G.S. 53a-54a Murder
C.G.S. 53a-155 Tampering With/Fabricating Physical Evidence
C.G.S. 53a-217 Criminal Possession of a Firearm
Allen’s bond was set at $1,000,000 and he remains in the custody of the Department of Corrections, where he has been since the deadly shooting that occurred at Town Fair Tire late last year.
